We do have some gluten free items which can be found on our menu posted to social media every week. However, those items are baked in the same facility and we cannot guarantee there is no cross contamination. Our gf items are not safe for celiac. We currently have a gf/vegan cookie on the menu. Most of our breads, and some of our spreads and soups are vegan. We do not make gluten free or vegan croissants.

Preorders open at the beginning of the week. Please select the pickup day, the items and fully checkout. Putting items in your cart does not secure them. Preorders close Friday afternoon, but some items frequently sell out by Thursday morning.
You are prompted to select a pickup time. You do not have to come at that specific time frame, but please come before we close. We cannot hold onto items not picked up.

We are a small team working in a small space with limited refrigeration. We make as much as we can every week for our community. All of our products take 3, and sometimes 4 days to make (all by hand!) Our business hours work for us. Limiting our hours means we rarely have any leftovers, so we minimize our waste.
